The New York Department of Financial Services (DFS) has issued updated guidance on the Volume of Operations Report (VOOR), extending the filing deadline to June 22, 2026. The updated deadline applies to all licensed mortgage companies and other entities required to submit the VOOR under DFS oversight.
The primary obligation remains unchanged: licensees must complete and submit the VOOR through the DFS portal by the revised due date.
