Angelique Scheer

Angelique is an Associate in FS Vector's Licensing practice, where she assists clients with a variety of unique needs by leveraging her licensing and regulatory background.

Prior to joining FS Vector, Angelique spent over a year and a half at SoFi Technologies Inc. as the Licensing Manager, responsible for maintaining multiple entities’ state and federal licensing requirements. Prior to SoFi, Angelique held the title of Licensing Project Manager at McGlinchey Stafford where she assisted clients with a variety of licenses including Money Transmitter, Mortgage, Consumer Loan and Debt Collection. In addition, Angelique has spent over 10 years in various licensing management roles at Mariner Finance and Mann Mortgage. There, she managed regulatory and licensing matters, including individual, branch and corporate licensing, regulatory reporting, and state examinations, and regulatory change management. The combination of in house and client facing licensing has given Angelique a robust book of experience.

Angelique holds a Bachelors in Business Administration from Montana State University-Northern
