Bailey Burghart

Bailey Burghart is an Associate in FS Vector’s Licensing Practice, where she advises clients on complex licensing and regulatory matters drawing on more than 16 years of experience in state regulation and supervision.

Prior to joining FS Vector, Bailey spent over 12 years with the Kansas Office of the State Bank Commissioner (OSBC), serving in several roles and most recently as Senior Licensing Program Analyst for the Consumer & Mortgage Lending Division. In that role, she managed a broad range of licensing, compliance, enforcement, and policy matters. For more than a decade, she oversaw the licensing and regulation of money transmitters, and during her final four years with the OSBC, she expanded her regulatory oversight to include mortgage companies, mortgage loan originators, supervised lenders, credit services organizations, and earned wage access service providers.

Bailey holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from Washburn University.
