Daryn Deas

Daryn advises financial technology and traditional financial institution clients on regulatory, risk, and compliance matters. Her work includes performing risk and compliance gap assessments, independent assessments, and supporting the Coalition for Financial Ecosystem Standards (CFES). She also supports new fintech product launches.

Prior to joining FS Vector full-time, Daryn interned with the firm during her last year of law school. Previously, she worked in-house at a fintech company, supporting AML program implementation, vendor due diligence, and internal controls development.

Daryn earned a J.D. from The George Washington University School of Law and a B.S. in Digital Marketing and International Politics from DePaul University.
