David Gantos

David is the CFO of FS Vector, where he leads finance, operations, corporate development, and people strategy. He partners directly with the CEO, board, PE sponsors, and firm leadership to drive growth, execute M&A, and scale the platform's infrastructure. David brings over a decade of finance, accounting, and transactional experience to the role.

Prior to joining FS Vector, he spent nearly ten years in public accounting, serving clients across financial services, technology, and private equity, with deep exposure to M&A and due diligence. He later worked in private wealth management before transitioning to FS Vector.

David holds a B.S. in Accounting from The Ohio State University and a CPA (inactive) recognized at the state and national level for his leadership qualities.
