Erica Brennan

Erica is a Managing Principal in FS Vector’s Licensing practice. Erica advises fintech clients on licensing strategies, including assistance with license acquisition, product development and go-to-market strategies. She supports various types of licensing and chartering efforts, principally surrounding money transmission, digital assets and lending.

Prior to joining FS Vector, Erica was Chief Counsel, Transactions, at Circle. Erica has spent decades in the financial services sector, working for major law firms supporting traditional and non-traditional financial services clients as they navigated their way through product and licensing strategies.

Erica holds a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and earned a B.S. in Commerce with an Accounting concentration from the University of Virginia. She is a former certified public accountant
