Erica Gloster

Erica is a Principal in FS Vector's Licensing practice, where she advises clients requiring licensing assistance, leveraging her licensing and regulatory background and her experience with state and federal examinations.

Prior to joining FS Vector, Erica spent over one year at Block, Inc. and before that, two years at APPROVED by Orrick. Additionally, Erica spent approximately 10 years in various roles at Rocket Mortgage and Rocket Homes. There, she managed regulatory and licensing matters, including individual and corporate licensing, regulatory reporting, state, federal, and investor examinations, and regulatory change management.

Erica holds a B.A. from Western Michigan University.
