Isabel Sen

Isabel is a Principal in FS Vector's Advisory practice, helping financial services clients design, strengthen, and assess compliance programs across financial crimes and consumer compliance, with particular expertise in BSA/AML, transaction monitoring, and risk assessment.

Prior to joining FS Vector, Isabel built her compliance advisory career at Promontory Financial Group and Protiviti, supporting large financial institutions through enforcement remediation, independent assessments and audits, and large-scale AML program buildouts. Her engagements have spanned program design, control gap closure, and the application of data and emerging technologies to make compliance programs more effective and efficient. She has also led transaction monitoring alert review teams for U.S. banks as part of large-scale managed services engagements.

Isabel holds an M.B.A. from the Yale School of Management and a B.A. in Public Policy Studies from the University of Chicago.
