Jordan Owen

Jordan is a Principal in FS Vector's Advisory team where he advises banks and fintech companies on the design, launch, and oversight of innovative financial products and partnership programs. He works closely with executive teams and boards to build durable, compliance-forward operating models across Banking-as-a-Service, credit card programs, payments, and embedded finance. His experience spans regulatory strategy, third-party risk management, consumer compliance, and program governance, with a focus on aligning growth initiatives with supervisory expectations.

Prior to joining FS Vector, Jordan held leadership roles at WebBank, one of the nation’s leading sponsor banks supporting fintech partnerships. In this capacity, he worked across cross-functional teams to evaluate, structure, and scale compliant lending and payments programs, strengthen risk and oversight frameworks, and support sustainable growth within a highly regulated environment. His experience includes bank–fintech governance, product expansion strategy, and regulatory engagement.  

Jordan holds an M.B.A. from the University of Iowa and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Utah.
