Kalie Benjamin brings over six years of experience in operations, facilities, and program management, ensuring the seamless execution of internal processes that support strategic consulting firms in complex financial and regulatory environments. She has played a critical role in strengthening organizational infrastructure, improving workflows, and managing high-impact projects that enhance overall efficiency.

Kalie previously worked at Environmental Incentives where she contributed to internal operations by developing company-wide inventory tracking systems, coordinating project startups and closures, and facilitating a major entity transition from an LLC to an incorporation. She also led the successful execution of a carbon emissions tracking initiative, coordinating across multiple departments to ensure timely and accurate reporting. Her ability to manage these complex initiatives while maintaining clear communication across teams has been instrumental in creating structured, effective internal processes.

Kalie holds a BA in International Studies with a focus in Environmental Affairs and a minor in German language from Virginia Tech.
