Kelly McPeak

Kelly is a Principal in FS Vector's Licensing and Exam Management practice, where he advises clients on state and federal examination consulting programs by combining advisory services and technology solutions for FS Vector clients. These services include assistance with all single-state, multistate, and federal financial services exams.

Prior to joining FS Vector, Kelly spent five years at TruHome Solutions, LLC leading the compliance function, with responsibility for licensing, examinations, BSA/AML and SAFE Act compliance, and broader compliance and risk management activities.Prior to his employment at TruHome Solutions, LLC, he spent 13 years at the Kansas Office of the State Bank Commissioner, where he had various roles ranging from an examiner to leading the licensing department.  He served as the lead examiner-in-charge for joint multistate exams, coordinated exams with the CFPB, served as the Chair of the National Association of Consumer Credit Administrators Small Dollar Lending Committee, and approved licenses for financial services companies.

Kelly earned a B.S. in Finance and a minor in Economics from Kansas State University.
