Lawrence Mak

Lawrence is a Principal in FS Vector's Advisory Practice, where he advises and supports clients on a range of strategy, risk management, and compliance matters.

Before joining FS Vector, Lawrence served in several regulatory and industry roles, including emerging technology policy advisor positions at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the Federal Housing Finance Agency. His work spanned supervisory policy and public-private engagement on consumer lending, third-party risk management, AI governance, and digital asset activities.

Lawrence holds a MSc in Social Policy from the London School of Economics and a A.B. in Economics from Harvard University.
