Maggie Aaron

Maggie Aaron brings deep Capitol Hill and government affairs experience to FS Vector, where she advises fintech, housing, and small-business clients on navigating complex legislative and regulatory environments. As a Principal, Maggie works closely with clients to design and execute federal advocacy strategies and engages regularly with Congress, the White House, and key regulators including the CFPB, HUD, FHFA, FinCEN, and the SBA. Her work focuses on access to capital, housing and mortgage policy, consumer financial protection, and the intersection of financial innovation and regulation, with an emphasis on translating complex policy issues into actionable strategies for growing companies.

Prior to joining FS Vector, Maggie served as a Senior Professional Staff Member on the U.S. Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship under Chairman Marco Rubio, where she managed the Committee’s access-to-capital and investment portfolio, including oversight of the Paycheck Protection Program during its rollout and implementation. She previously worked for the House Committee on Small Business and the House Committee on House Administration.

Maggie holds bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Economics from The Ohio State University and a master’s degree in Applied Economics from the University of Maryland.
