Mame is Deputy Chief of Staff, Licensing, supporting Growth Strategy and Operations. She brings 8 years of experience driving strategy, growth, and large-scale transformation across banking, insurance, and healthcare sectors.

Prior to joining FS Vector, Mame worked at BCG and EY, partnering with C-suite leaders to design and execute enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, unlock revenue growth, and deliver complex organizational transformations.

She holds dual Advanced Masters from ESSEC Business School and Télécom Paris, and an Engineering degree from ENSEIRB-MATMECA.
