Martin Falle

Martin leads business development and client engagement for FS Vector’s Licensing practice, where he helps fintechs, banks, law firms, and financial institutions navigate the complex landscape of state and federal regulatory licensing. His work focuses on driving strategic growth, building trusted client relationships, and delivering integrated solutions that align licensing, compliance, data, and business objectives.

Prior to joining FS Vector, Martin held senior revenue and growth leadership roles at Promontory, an IBM Company, Thomson Reuters/Refinitiv, and LexisNexis, where he earned top national performance rankings. He has extensive experience guiding financial institutions and law firms through complex regulatory and data-driven transformations—integrating compliance intelligence, analytics, and licensing strategy across enterprise sales, financial crime, and go-to-market initiatives for fintech and digital asset clients.

Martin earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Ohio University.
