
Mila Ferraro
Mila Ferraro supports the firm's marketing and events work while helping anchor our growing New York City presence. She brings a blend of event execution, relationship management, and coalition building honed through experience in political campaigns and government relations.
Mila served on the Political Coalitions for Harris for President, where she planned and executed over 50 campaign events for White House principals and high-profile surrogates across Pennsylvania. She managed complex stakeholder relationships with state-level elected officials, directed training and onboarding for large teams, and oversaw Get Out The Vote efforts across Philadelphia. Previously, she served as Body Person to Philadelphia Councilmember Isaiah Thomas, where she managed daily operations, coordinated engagement with more than 50 ward leaders and 100 committee members, and authored over 25 resolutions passed by Philadelphia City Council. Most recently, Mila worked as Special Projects Manager at Firm 1968, directing fundraising strategy for Democratic state-level elected officials and PACs, managing donor cultivation, engagement events, and advising on digital messaging strategy across multiple platforms.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from Temple University's Honors College.
