Nicolas Montano

Nicolas Montano serves as an Associate in FS Vector’s advisory practice, working on strategic initiatives for clients and supporting the Coalition for Financial Ecosystem Standards (CFES).

Prior to joining FS Vector, Nicolas built a background in foreign policy, working with the U.S. Department of State and supporting governance and democracy initiatives in Latin America through the National Democratic Institute. Additionally, he managed international cooperation programs for federal clients during his tenure at Booz Allen Hamilton.

Nicolas holds an M.A. from Johns Hopkins SAIS and a B.A. from Brown University.
