Niel Valmores

Niel advises on money transmission license acquisition and maintenance, bringing hands-on experience across the MTL program. Her expertise includes managing the regulatory reporting for licensed entities, particularly for those in the digital assets space, and supporting the development of the compliance program.

Prior to joining FS Vector, Niel spent two years at crypto infrastructure provider Circle, where she maintained U.S. domestic and international money transmission related licenses and assisted in maturing the regulatory reporting program. Prior to Circle, Niel worked with Baker McKenzie as a Summer Associate in Hanoi, Vietnam practicing international corporate law matters.

Niel earned a B.A. in Communicatinos and J.D. from the University of San Francisco.
