Gretchen Keller

Gretchen leads FS Vector's Executive Search & Talent Resourcing offering. She works with banks and other financial institutions, fintech companies, and digital asset firms on c-suite leadership strategy and organizational design, advising founders, boards, and executive teams navigating growth, regulatory complexity, and institutional scale.

Her work includes driving FS Vector’s talent advisory offering, helping organizations translate business strategy into durable operating models through executive-level talent. She supports c-suite, partner, and senior leadership mandates across legal, corporate governance, finance, and operations functions, with experience across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. She brings a deeply analytical and market-informed approach to executive appointments, succession planning, and organizational design in highly regulated industries.

Gretchen also oversees interim and fractional resourcing for FS Vector clients, supporting their operations with qualified talent through the firm’s network of industry experts across compliance, risk management, and product, among others.

Prior to joining FS Vector, Gretchen served as Vice President and Executive Search Practice Lead at HW3. She is the founder and co-host of Rewired Finance, a podcast and LinkedIn series exploring how trust is built across modern financial systems. She serves as an NYC Regional Ambassador for the Association for Women in Cryptocurrency. Her insights on executive leadership and talent trends have been featured in CoinDesk, The Wall Street Journal, and The Information.

Gretchen holds dual B.S. degrees, summa cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
