FS Vector Expands Executive Search, Recruitment, and Talent Advisory
WASHINGTON, DC (April 14, 2026) — FS Vector, a leading strategic consulting firm for companies that are innovating in financial services, is expanding its Executive Search, Recruitment, and Talent Advisory offering. The team partners with banks, fintechs, digital asset companies, and other financial services firms to support key hiring across permanent and interim roles.
FS Vector supports clients with customized program builds that meet bank partner expectations for program managers, while also helping organizations navigate complex bank partner due diligence processes. Clients also include banks building their embedded finance offerings, companies pursuing state licenses covering money transmission and lending, and firms seeking de novo bank and trust company licenses.
As part of its advisory services, FS Vector supports client hiring needs as a strategic partner throughout the search and acquisition process. The team works closely with companies to define business objectives and set job descriptions to ensure internal teams are adequately resourced. The firm has hired Gretchen Keller to lead this offering.
