FS Vector Promotes Max Sherman and Jasper Sneff Nanni to Partner, Evey Guo to Managing Principal
WASHINGTON, D.C., October 7, 2026 - FS Vector, a leading strategic consulting firm for companies innovating in financial services, today announced the promotions of Max Sherman and Jasper Sneff Nanni to Partner, and Evey Guo to Managing Principal.
As Partner, Max will continue helping fintechs and banks design and operationalize durable, compliant partnerships. He brings deep expertise in consumer and financial crime compliance, as well as bank and fintech third party risk management acumen. Based in San Francisco, Max anchors FS Vector's expanding presence on the West Coast, working closely with clients there and across the country.
Jasper will continue to lead FS Vector's chartering work, advising banks, trust companies, and fintechs through de novo charter processes, charter conversions, and bank acquisitions. Since joining the firm in 2020, Jasper has guided clients through OCC and state regulatory processes to bring new business models and products to market. This includes innovative bank and trust charter structures for digital assets and stablecoin issuance, as well as evolving bank and fintech partnership models. That work, on problems the industry had not yet solved, has helped shape what FS Vector offers clients today.
As Managing Principal, Evey will work alongside Jasper to advise clients in the chartering space. A senior member of FS Vector's chartering team, Evey is a recognized expert in national trust bank, industrial loan company, and state innovation bank and payments charters. In her two years with the firm and her prior role at Promontory Financial Group, Evey has helped multiple applicants successfully secure bank and trust charter approvals.
"Max, Jasper, and Evey have each played a critical role in shaping what FS Vector is today: a firm with the experience and creativity to solve hard problems for companies innovating in financial services," said Chris Sidler, Partner and head of the advisory practice. Since its founding, FS Vector has expanded its expertise across advisory, licensing, and government relations, broadening the services it provides to fintechs, digital asset companies, banks, and the software platforms and enterprises adding financial services to their businesses. The Financial Times named FS Vector to its 2026 list of America's Fastest-Growing Companies, and American Banker recognized the firm as one of its Best Fintech Companies to Work For. FS Vector's advisory practice has grown accordingly, adding Principals Jessica Tanem, Sara Siddiq Westgate, Isabel Sen, and Jordan Owen, and Associates Nicolas Montano, Daryn Deas, and Michele Hau. The advisory team works closely with FS Vector's government relations and licensing practices to support companies innovating across financial services.
